- Served as primary contact for the onboard IT operations of the Disney Magic and Wonder

- Supported and helped implement the industry's first mobile time clock system
- Worked closely with users to help them best utilize current technologies and evaluate future implementations
- Completed numerous major technology upgrade projects, both hardware and software:
- Performed a complete upgrade of our shipboard wireless system. Replaced nonstandard system with a standards based 802.11b system using WEP encryption. Configured approximately 40 Access Points and multiple Bridges to connect to remote networks. Evaluated using Kerberos for authentication.
- Implemented the industry's first mobile time clock system. This was fully integrated with our payroll and employee tracking system and featured biometric authentication for clocking.
- Helped evaluate the Vocera system for use on the ship. This is a cutting edge wireless 802.11b based, voice recognition driven, hands-free personal communications system.
